    Within the course of Introdução à Medicina, we were given the assignment of developing an annual project concerning Manchester Triage System (MTS) and its waiting times.

    In order to develop a methodical project, we divided our project in various stages. Beginning by doing research about MTS and previous studies concerning waiting times, we advanced in our project by defining the research question and our objectives. This way, we were able to determine which methods we should use in order to achieve the best results when analyzing the data base given to us. All this enabled us to make a coherent discussion that translates the reality.
